Yes, both, full-spectrum 5% CBD oil – type Premium and full-spectrum 10% CBD oil – type Premium have been approved by FSA and can be sold as food supplement in UK.
To this date no CBD products have been approved by the EFSA, and that includes ours for now. Nevertheless, our Novel food application has been submitted to the EFSA pending approval. For more information, visit our CBD Novel Food page.
